Scratch ships your orders as fast as humanly possible, but please bare in mind that we are dependent on the services of PostNL, who are extremely busy. Your shipment could therefore take a bit longer than you would expect from us.
We use professional materials: bubble wrap and card board boxes. Prints and other flat materials we ship rolled up in a card board tube.
There is the option to ship with track & trace, and with track and insurance. We do not ship without track & trace.
