Scratch, a Dutch publishing house in comics and graphic novels focuses on the publishing of high-quality books. According to Scratch there is a considerable market for this in the Netherlands and Belgium and beyond. Founder, publisher and CEO is Wiebe Mokken. Joost Swarte is involved as technical advisor. Our other enthusiastic team members are Cyril Koopmeiners, Karida van Bochove and Chris Mokken. Scratch publishes works by local and international comic book artists. There are also opportunities for up and coming authors and for re-publishing classic works. First publications were launched in the fall of 2014 and now coversalmost 100 books.
